Team building skills begin with knowing and understanding your areas of strength and weakness. Each team member assesses twelve areas of team functioning to determine a scale for the team’s effectiveness. The team can then use the results to determine and define a strategy for improving team building skills and team functioning. Use the pre-assessment to:
